Reflection/Evaluation
The issues are evolving and complex, so it is necessary to spend time to keep up. There are opposing/overlapping interests and we want to work with all parties. We especially support Working Circles and their involvement with ranching community and producers. I advised our Broadband to not sign on to a group letter because the the Political Reality¬†section of the letter was too derisive and divisive, I think, to represent the Broad’s perspective. I’m thinking of Karen V (a Broads member and key organizational partner), up there in her trailer in North Park working diligently with livestock producers. The wording of parts of the letter is not helpful in bringing groups together for a common cause.¬†
