Short Description of Activity
Two members of our Broadband attended the 33rd Headwaters Conference Land Back-Indigenous Homecoming in the Headwaters at Western Colorado University in Gunnison.
Reflection/Evaluation
The conference addressed a number of Indigenous issues including displacement from lands, tribal history, cross-cultural partnerships co-management practices with tribes on Public Lands, and putting the land in land acknowledgement.
