Short Description of Activity
Field work for ongoing project begun in May was continued through September, Broads hike to historic locations of rare plants, confirmed present or not, documented population size, location, condition, landscape context, threats, etc. Updated records on iron fen, rare community and mosses. Held field trip to fen with 8 people attending. Documented findings in element occurrence reports (EORs).
Reflection/Evaluation
Although things are winding down for this season, we have 8 enthusiastic volunteers waiting to continue this work in the spring. Eight people attended the field trip to the iron fen, including some new potential members.
