By- monthly meeting regarding grazing issues in the PNW.
Reflection/Evaluation
Pretty much trying to figure out purpose/goals of this BRAT. Right now gathering resources and looking at ways to do advocacy. Need more training regarding data collecting. Need to educate our members and leadership more about this subject. Need to use work “livestock” instead of cattle as there are other critters besides cattle impacting wilderness and riparian areas. Shared that the Bitterbrush Broads have a training coming up to collect data and that possibly in the future could happen in the Ochoco’s to share training. Want to still work on legislation regarding voluntarily giving up permit allotments.
