Short Description of Activity
Reception for Congressman Tom O’Halloran, AZ who after redistricting will be our Congressman after he hopefully beats the other guy who is endorsed by you-know-who. Tom is a good man – Roz Switzer has met him a few times – and he knew right away who we are. Broads Dianne Hicks and Acacia Koa also attended.
Reflection/Evaluation
Keri Hull who I have known several years and was part of the climate change coalition is his field and outreach director and agrees to pass along reports about what AZ Broads are doing here in his State. I also told Tom in person that I would be sending along some information. I will include the logging issue reports on the PNF, request that NEPA be returned to pre-Sept. 2020 status with Dinah Bear’s changes, and what our Borderland campaign hopes to accomplish. He is a former Republican switching to Democrat in 2015. He is well aware of water issues but Roz say not strong on the environment otherwise. All of the you-know-who endorsed candidates plan on declaring the 2020 election invalid.
