Short Description of Activity
We had a potluck dinner and invited Colorado State Forester, Carolina Manriquez to discuss local forest health and wildfire mitigation strategies.
Reflection/Evaluation
We had 7 attendees (including a new member) plus a speaker. There was lively discussion and many good questions. We plan to meet the forester in the spring for a field trip to see different types of forest “treatments” and how/whether the forest is recovering.
