Used in submitting comments on various Arctic Issues. Arctic warming 3X faster than the rest of the world. 4 pillars: 1) Security, 2) Climate Change and Environmental Protection (resilience, reduce emissions, conserve Arctic Ecosystem) 3) Sustainable Economic Development (infrastructure, improve access to services, support for growing economic sectors), 4) International Cooperation and Governance. The specifics under 3) development are rather scary as they seem to point to approving things like the proposed Ambler Mining Area Access Road.
