Short Description of Activity
We are working on developing a leadership team. Sally attended our Dec 2nd 2022 meeting to help develop this team. From that meeting I was able to create a membership email of opportunities for our membership to get involved in our projects and join teams- either by email or attending our New Year’s Take Action Lunch.
Projects:
Canyon of the Ancients- 2 new sign-ups, 4 total
Trail Stewards- 4 new sign-ups, 7 total
Mancos Canyon Restoration- 3 new sign-ups, 7 total
Uinta Basin Railway- No new sign-ups, 1 total
Green Amendment-No new sign-ups, 1 total
White Mesa Mill- 1 new sign-up, 4 total
Reflection/Evaluation
Sally and I also set up a Book Club for the Green Amendment, so we’ll grow those helpers in 2023. We are just finishing our first year of revitalization and we are growing our group. The report I sent out to our Google group received lots of favorable comments and increased participation for our projects to help our bestie- Mother Earth. To further increase our leadership team, we are scheduling our leadership development meeting the first week of each month and a group activity the third week of each month.
