Short Description of Activity
We hosted the House of Tears Carvers and Tribal Leaders at a social event and prayer walk on Friday evening. Saturday, we supported a sacred Sovereignty Run from the peak of Mt. Tamalpais across the Golden Gate. Saturday afternoon, tribal leaders and Broads sailed on the Valor in ancestral sacred waters and around Alcatraz Island. We blessed the creatures that passed in a mass die off this year on the SF Bay and prayed for the health of our waters.
Reflection/Evaluation
We continued our ally-ship and support of Indigenous communities; provided lodging and food, deepened relationship with Tribal Leaders.
Our photos were sent to you in an album just after the event. Please let me know if you need me to resend that.
