Short Description of Activity
Advocacy night with a focus on the Oregon state legislature and wildlife bills and actions. Largely educational as the session is just starting, but set everyone up for being prepared to write letters, lobby legislators, or attend hearings. Danielle Moser, wildlife program manager with Oregon Wild, presented.
Reflection/Evaluation
Everyone was interested and engaged – wildlife issues are important to our Broadband. A few new people attended, which was great. Will need to follow up with key actions people can take when they arise in the coming months to complete the advocacy circle!
