Short Description of Activity
A gathering to usher in the New Year. We hiked over 2 miles on the Treasure Loop Trail in Lost Dutchman State Park in the Superstition Mts., and afterwards gathered rocks and other natural items to make a sculpture, which we then put back where we found them. We accompanied this activity with tea and chocolate.
Reflection/Evaluation
Many members were interested and several of them made it. Hiking seems to be a great draw
for our members. Planning fun along with our work, seems to help draw people in.
