Reflection/Evaluation
I am reaching out with various members of our broadband to get ideas and feedback around what we can do to get our members engaged. These are meetings over coffee and it also serves as an opportunity for me to get to know some of our members better. I am also asking these folks if they have any interest in joining our leadership team.
I am continuing these every month and after several months, will do a brief summary of my findings.
