Protest rally in front of the BLM District Office opposing 2 timber sales in Late Successional Reserve Land Use Allocation Northern Spotted Owl habitat. No Environmental Impact Studies–BLM just gave themselves a pass.
42 people participated includig the Broads.
Reflection/Evaluation
We had 5 Broads and 1 Bro participating with the rest of the community that will be most affected if the timber sales are allowed. There were 42 people all together. We got TV and Newspsper coverage. News Watch 12(ABC) just showed the video and part of interviews.
This is part of an advocacy strategy.
