Short Description of Activity
Our broadband borderlands team met for the 3rd time via Zoom. Meeting was facilitated by broadband member Starr Belski. Sally Sharp set up the Zoom meeting and also participated. This meeting focused in on somewhat more specific relevant topics or actions that we might deal with. For the most part at this point we will focus on the El Paso sector (NM) plus southeastern AZ which is also very important to wildlife corridors extending up through our region. Starr has begun joining the border wall coalition calls.
Reflection/Evaluation
Went well with good facilitation and some more focus attained. Grassroots Coordinator Sally Sharp provided extremely helpful information. Several specific follow-up actions were outlined. (Although we need more active participation in these follow-up actions by the group so that follow-up is not all done by the same 1 or 2 individuals in subsequent meetings.)
