Short Description of Activity
Grand Valley collaborative meeting focused on how to recruit and support volunteers as well as how to discriminate information about events in which volunteers could participate. 1.5 hour. GJBB-leadership team – focused on defining responsibility for various tasks that needed to be completed = 2 hours, CPW organizational meeting for formation of regional partnership in Mesa. Delta, andMontrose county = 1.5 hour, WCCA-Mesa county focused on regional needs and plans to support those needs – 1.5 hour
Reflection/Evaluation
All of these meetings were organizational meetings focusing on sharing thoughts and ideas about how the various goals might be met. Discussions were extensive and multiple perspectives were shared — so yes, they seemed productive.
