Hike to Alsea and Green Peak Falls, looking at mushrooms, talking about protecting the South Fork Alsea River as a Wild & Scenic River. One letter to the editor was published by one of the Broads in attendance in support of the River Democracy Act.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was fun, a new place for many, some mushrooms (and we had a mushroom expert to learn from), and beauty.
