Short Description of Activity
I filed comments on the BLM Late Mungers IVM in May or June last year which included the Timber Sale that was announced by DR published on on 2/10/23. On this basis, and because I am a user( recreation and grassroots activity area) of the forest under threat, I have asserted standing to appeal to the IBLA.
Reflection/Evaluation
I filed it on time and correctly formatted. Not optimistic about getting a fair hearing.
