Short Description of Activity
Willamette Valley Broads attending the Dry Falls Broadwalk picked up trash on a 2 mile stretch of Hwy 17 adjacent to the Dry Falls Visitor Center.
Reflection/Evaluation
None of us had ever done litter pick up on a highway. Trash wasn’t visible speeding along the highway so we were really surprised at how much there actually was. It’s all disturbing but the amount of cigarette butts was particularly alarming.
