I sent an email letter to Secretary Haaland regarding choosing the no action alternative on the Willow Development DEIS.
Reflection/Evaluation
I think that Secretary Haaland is opposed to the plan. Since it was approved by the Administration she has never come out in favor of it directly. We had hopes that her concerns would be primary in Prescription Biden’s decisions but it was not to be.2
