wrote comments on draft Strategic Plan put out by the Great Old Broads.
Reflection/Evaluation
We started by reading the draft plan and looking at the annual report. We were each going page by page, item by item through the report jotting notes in the columns when we realized that ‘wordsmithing was probably not the answer”. Kathy has more extensive strategic plan experience than I do, having worked for a government agency, but I have written them for the rural cooperative utility companies that I headed up. We decided to submit a more innovative type set of comments, knowing that time constraints might mean that they could not be considered as written.
