Short Description of Activity
Deb Paulson and I were invited to watch a 2 day symposium on Organic food versus food labeled as “sustainable” or “regenerative”. We both felt this information needed to be shared with as large as audience as possible so we teamed up with Real Organic and FLC for this presentation There were a few local farmers plus Deb Paulson on the panel.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal to educate as many participants as possible and engage in meaning dialogue regarding our food choices and the implications that makes on the health of the planet was met. Deb was very successful in bringing grazing on public lands into the converstaion.
