Short Description of Activity
Monthly Water Sentinels measuring waterflow and sediment levels at Perkinsville, Bear Siding and Verde Springs.
Reflection/Evaluation
Perkinsville 14.1, Bear Siding 14.7. after over a week of short monsoon rains. Beautiful day on the river with Leader Jenny and Water Sentinels Russ and Rabbi Adele. many wonderful photos on my (or Russ Pilcher’s) Facebook page. Inspected the confluence and conditions at Verde Springs. Granite Creek met the river. Stillman Lake has water. Trail is overgrown and difficult to follow with downed trees and branches. Little flowing water but normal pools.
