Short Description of Activity
We were assigned to cleanup any waste or trash that was on the grounds along and before the South boundary of the. refuge. We were provided with trash pickers, gloves if we didn’t bring our own and trash bags. We worked the land for about 2 hours after introduction of staff and lead ranger for volunteers
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal was to pick up the waste and trash and we did a most effectiive job of cleanup with our GOBW broads and bro. We met after the work was done in a location outside of the visitor center and snacked and talked about what each volunteer from RGVBB was doing or thinking about..
