Short Description of Activity
Rosanne, Nancy, Bondi, Lorena, and Laurie met on Zoom to plan the 2023 Campout.
Reflection/Evaluation
The meeting went well. Nancy contacted the City of Ilwaco about doing a beach cleanup. Bondi has researched the concert at Waikiki Beach on Saturday night. Lorena has researched the bike rentals and trail. Rosanne has researched the hikes and Mo’s clam chowder for Thursday night. Laurie has submitted and been approved for our campground use at Morehead Park in Ocean Park, Wa for August 10 – 13. Laurie will send out the registration and schedule which is attached below. Laurie will handle the registration and money. Next meeting is scheduled for July 26 at 4pm to discuss food, registrants, and equipment needed.
