Short Description of Activity
Led monthly water sentinels (Jenny, Adele, Russ, and Denny) to measure waterflow and sediment levels on the Upper Verde River at Perkinsville, Bear Siding, and Verde Springs.
Reflection/Evaluation
Hot, but beautiful as always. Record low waterflow = Perkinsville 7 and Bear Siding 6.6.. Pools at the Springs. We picked up trash – very little at Perkinsville since the site was closed but we found a small campfire and beer cans. Quite a bit of trash at Bear Siding in dispersed campsite.
