Short Description of Activity
Signature gathering for Clean the Darn Air to get the Clean the Air Carbon Tax Act on the 2024 Utah State ballot. The goal was to collect 100 signatures on the petition that would go toward the 150,000 signatures + 8 percent of the 26 out of 29 voter districts required to meet the petition requirement to automatically get it on the ballot..
Reflection/Evaluation
I met the goal of 100 signatures. The most successful sites for signature signing was at Patagonia Outlet Store and sitting at the entrance for City Creek Canyon. At these sites were likeminded individuals.
