Short Description of Activity

Jane H. and Ellen M. monitored the South PCT zone and Blue lake Zone for solitude.

Reflection/Evaluation

The backpacked in from the South end starting at Indian Racetrack and went up the Pct stopping at Blue Lake to camp. We then monitored the Thomas Lake Trail from Blue Lake (tr 111) the next day. We woke up to rain the next morning and our tents were soaked. We made it back to our car and had dinner at Backroads Brewery in Carson.

We hiked a total of 15 miles and reported a total of 31 people the entire time. It was exhausting!
