Getting information from leadership team members for the Broadcast and constructing it to send out.
Reflection/Evaluation
Having the deadline of the first of the month to get information from leadership team members inspires them to act which is great. And it works! We know we want to offer a hike each month, a quarterly Book Broads meeting, Advocacy Nights every other month, Broadtalks and Broad Chats quarterly so having content for the monthly Broadcast is an effective motivator.
