Attend a virtual hearing from BLM re the proposed Public Lands Rules changes!
Reflection/Evaluation
It was disappointing in that I learned little that I didn’t already know from reading the proposed rules, reading comment on the proposed rules. I was able to submit written questions re the purpose of the conservation leasing, which seems very weak under their proposals, but I did not get a good answer.
