Webinar on BLM rule making proposal and how to write comments on same.
Reflection/Evaluation
Another webinar on the proposed rule making changes by BLM, in this case focused on how to write comments. Good notes were included. Pointed out that Sec. 102 (A)(8) of FLPMA says land should be managed for all uses and this rule making puts conservation as a use of the lands. Also discussed the proposed ACEC changes and the requirement that there be “more than local significance”.
