Short Description of Activity
We read and signed on to a letter form Trustees for Alaska regarding the proposed Ambler Mining District Access Road
Reflection/Evaluation
The Trustees for Alaska and some environmental groups had formulated comments to BLM asking that, when evaluating the EIS for the proposed road, they consider the Council on Environmental Quality climate guidance and President Biden’s recent executive order on Environmental Justice. It was an excellent letter, well written and to the point. We agreed to be signatories to the letter.
