Short Description of Activity
Took a hike to a beautiful botanical area on the edge of the Willamette Valley on BLM lands – Horse Rock Ridge.
Reflection/Evaluation
A total of 8 hikers joined us, including a intern with Oregon Wild (Helena) who helped lead some Broads advocacy in the spring and a new Broad. The flowers were past their prime, and it was a warm day, but we all enjoyed the hike and had a chance to talk about surrounding forest management (clearcuts are very visible).
