Outcome 1: Clean-up (2 sites/plots)
Short Description of Activity
10/18/23 Monitored the WSA from Devil’s Thumb Rd, stopping at four areas. Found trash and cleaned up two main parking areas and immediate surroundings. With hunting season, trash was primarily shells, 335 from the first parking area. Took pictures and completed a report on 10/21/23 or BLM about illegal incursion evidence and trash found.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal is to monitor the WSA for damage and illegal activities and to keep the area cleaned of trash. The goal is met on an ongoing basis, particularly for the areas bordering Devil’s Thumb Rd.
