Activity Type: Advocacy (rallies, lobbying, meeting decision makers, letters/calls/emails)
Key Partners: Several Broadband leaders from all over the southwest and pacific northwest.
Short Description of Activity
Bi- monthly meeting with Grazing BRAT.
Reflection/Evaluation
Reviewed what the other chapters specific grazing issues/concerns are. Discussed some of the monitoring that is going on and looking at next steps in dealing with grazing violations. Some chapters are just starting to look into this issue. Conversation around how to find out about allotments and ways to address our issues with forest supervisors. Suggestion to invite Advocates for the West to next meeting as they may be able to advise us on what they need if we are go ever go into litigation.
