Short Description of Activity
Preparation work was done on 12/15/23. On 12/16/23, I took samples at Confluence Park from the Uncompahgre at my assigned site. Conducted protocols for pH, Hardness, alkalinity, and oxygenation and completed paper work associated. Took normal samples for metal analysis by River Watch Staff. Submitted data on 12/17/23 on line to River Watch and to CPW. Metal samples are being retained until next month before mailing.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal is to provide consistent, reliable data to River Watch/CPW monthly so that decisions can be made about the river on the basis of accurate information. River Watch has in place measures to insure that the data reported is reliable.
