Worked with Farley, Ben, and several others from environmental organizations, Mesa Verde, and Dept of Wildlife to slow the water to reduce erosion, and create better stream habitat for fish and animals. They called us human beavers!
Reflection/Evaluation
It was difficult work and I couldn’t get anyone in the Broadband to help. But I have been reaching out for over a year to build relationships and finally got invited to help on this project thanks to attending a relational meeting with Robyn, Farley, and Ben. It’s a 3 year project, so I think we’ll be invited in the future to plant native plants, trees, and seed balls- with more 4Corners Broadband support, I hope.
