Short Description of Activity
We gathered the leadership team for some get-to-know you activities and a brief agenda planning for 2024. Barbara reported on the day she spent at the GSL Organizing Training Seminar, we agreed that the GSL would be our advocacy focus for 2024 and that we would continue our theme of Walking the Wilderness in support of the 60th anniversary of the Wilderness Act, the 35th Anniversary of Broads, and the 100th Anniversary of the Gila. We retired to High Tea where everyone related a fun story about the tea cup that brought. We laughed and got to know everyone a little better. We left with plants that Di had created from her every ancient and ever growing Aloe Vera plant.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal was to start planning for 2024 which we did, and to get to know each other better and that was certainly true as well.
