Administration duties
Reflection/Evaluation
Emails, set up zoom meetings, created agendas for Rendezvous planning committe and campout committee meeting. Contacted leaders about membership questions. Sent out doodle poll for Broadwalk planning committee meeting. Researched hikes and campgrounds for 2024 campout. Downloaded maps onto AVENZA for field checking in March. Worked on press release for media. Finished up interim report for NWSA. I have a few of these documents attached below.
It amazes me the amount of time this administration piece takes. I wish I could say I was all caught up but I am not. I still need to gather photos together for the interim report and download the other maps onto AVENZA. Also register for Broadwalks on Tuesday and confirm our registration with Mt St Helens Institute for the Broadwalk in August.
