Discussion of DSEIS for Grand Junction and Colorado River Valley EIS, including information on additional Areas of Environmental Concern and reduction in acres open for oil and gas leasing. Information provided for writing comments to the BLM on DSEIS.

Additional information provided to attendees to assist in drafting comments for DSEIS. Committment to submit letters to the BLM by 8 attendees.
