Quarterly meeting to discuss various issues on Forest Managment plans and position papers.
Reflection/Evaluation
Very informative. Focus is everyone working on comments for the Amending of the NW Forest Plan..creating subcommittee to work on what those comments would look like. Information shared of National’s position with support for the Owyhee Monument Campaign. National is also creating a position paper regarding MOG forests. There should be a draft in next couple of weeks that is run by the National Board. Oregon Wild will be doing a webinar regarding what the current status is for Elliot State Forest. Looking at Save our Sequois’ Act…Also looking at comments for BLM changes of rules which is due Jan. 24th.
