I had made some comments regarding this pipeline. Columbia Riverkeepers contacted me regarding being a declarant. We had an interview.
Reflection/Evaluation
First time I have been a declarant. Completed the interview and reviewed and edited my comments as a declarant. Not sure if this will go into litigation, but I am on record with my concerns since this pipeline literally is in my backyard, approximately 5 blocks away and in a newly developed and densely populated neighborhood.
