Short Description of Activity
Bondi, Rosanne, Lorena and Laurie met over Zoom to plan for the 2024 Campout at Camp Wilkerson.
Reflection/Evaluation
The meeting went well as planned. We decided that people who brought their RVs would need to pay for their own spot; otherwise we have 5 cabins which each have 5 bunks and room for 20 people total. Tent campers will be $7 extra per night. These expenses seem to be adding up but we will be charging $60 for the three nights which includes 3 dinners. The meeting minutes are attached. Laurie scanned the receipt from Lorena for spot D5.
