Discussed how we preserve litgation…making sure we can figure out and document violations. Narrowing down the work we do with dealing with grazing issues. Seeking out temperatures is not the way to go, we will be focusing on violations such as where cows are and are not, damages, down fences, etc. Tracking, documentation, pictures and reporting to FS. Asked about how to apply for FOIA’s if can’t get info regarding AOI’s. Want to make sure we have boots on the ground to have all pertinent information to be able to go into litigation.
