Short Description of Activity

Annual environmental/conservation conference at University of Oregon. There are presenters and attendee’s from all over the US.

Reflection/Evaluation

We did tabling for the Owyhee Monument Campaign. All of us attended various workshops and panels with varying interests. Examples were: NWFP Amendment; Forests, Climate, Justice inclusive biomass; Forest Defense is Climate Defense; is 30 x 30 possible in Oregon?; Biomass in PNW; Giving Communities & Conservation a seat at the Multiple Use Table- The BLM Public Lands Rule; Stop GTN XPress: A legal and Grassroots fight against the Pipeline Extension; Landfills: The Good, Bad, Ugly and What to do about it; Keynote speaker Dune Lankard and a panel on The Fight for Nature – Advocacy to Confront the Biodiversity Crisis.
