Short Description of Activity

Attended the Wild and Scenic Film Festival in Flagstaff with two other Sonoran Broadband members and one brought their daughter. We also ran into Flagstaff BB Leader Cuyler Bougner at the festival.

Reflection/Evaluation

Very good selection of films with “Range Rider”, the story of a range rider protecting domestic livestock from wolf predations in Washington State, being the centerpiece documentary. The festival ended with a poignant short based on the work of political scientist Erica Chenoweth that shows that non violent movements require the active participation of at least 3.5% of a population to achieve serious politial change. 3.5 %.
That’s it.
