Reflection/Evaluation
Very good selection of films with “Range Rider”, the story of a range rider protecting domestic livestock from wolf predations in Washington State, being the centerpiece documentary. The festival ended with a poignant short based on the work of political scientist Erica Chenoweth that shows that non violent movements require the active participation of at least 3.5% of a population to achieve serious politial change. 3.5 %.
That’s it.
