Short Description of Activity
Three Sonoran Broadband members attended. Speakers and Programs were continuous throughout the day along with a tree planting. We met with our State Legislators in Legislative District Teams, to discuss environmental issues of concern to us. Roz was Team Leader for her legislative district. We tabled at the event promoting Great Old Broads for Wilderness along with Lobos of the Southwest.
Multiple webinars, including Arizona water issues and this year’s crop of environmentally unfriendly bills, was offered prior to E-day.
Reflection/Evaluation
Discussions were had with the legislators. Although no minds were changed, it is necessary to have a presence.
