Short Description of Activity
With Kaye’s departure from Broads, there seemed to be some gaps in communication between headquarters and Circle of Dreams regarding our third year of funding. This activity report reflects Robyn’s time spent in communication with national office staff, NSJBB LT and Circle of Dreams trustees to ensure funding in 2024.
Reflection/Evaluation
After two very smooth years of receiving funding, 2024 has offered its challenges with Kaye’s departure. As of this writing, the funds have yet to be received but I think we are close with a 2024 budget proposal ready to submit. I thought this all was taken care of before I left for overseas travel in mid-March, however upon return home I learned COD was still missing a document they needed. Fingers crossed!
