Short Description of Activity
Planted willows & cottonwood trees along a section of the Virgin River to create a new nesting habitat for the Southwestern Willow Flycatcher
Reflection/Evaluation
4 Great Old Broads worked alongside Utah Wildlife and BLM agents to plant trees and ready this habitat for future nesting. This project was spearheaded by the Southwest Utah Great Old Broads group. We reached out to the state DNR and together came up with this project.
