Micky, Carolyn and I have worked on the MSHI Broadwalk. I have also spoken with Gena at the MSHI about updates and sent her our rough draft of our schedule as well as alcohol permits and insurance information. The rough draft of the agenda is attached. Our registration is open and currently we have 37 participants. I still need to get “Things to do on your way to MSHI BW” done as well as update the google sheets. I found out that partners and husbands can stay in RVs or camp onsite during the event and they only need to pay for meals. Our number of meals needs to be in by 2 weeks in advance of the event. Carolyn, Micky and I can be there at 2pm prior to the participants arriving at 4pm. No dogs are allowed. Carolyn is doing a fantastic job of getting our speakers including a member of the Cowlitz tribe ! The confirmed speakers are listed on the attached schedule of events. Dance party will be able to use their blue tooth speaker in the atrium. I sent Micky our playlist for the 80s music for the dance party. I have to still send out our agenda and zoom invite for May 13 meeting at 4pm which is going to be a crazy day, too!
