Listened to Wild Ones presentation done by Robin Wall Kimmerer on native plants and the lessons they can teach us = 2.5 hours, Listened to City of Grand Junction Sustainability coordinator talk about new city sustainability plan = 1 hour, Listened to city library presentation on saving native plant seeds = 1 hour
Reflection/Evaluation
We did not get much of an opportunity to participate in the City sustainability plan because most of the work was done previously. I will try to read the plan on the City website. Robin Wall Kimmerer presentation was excellent !, Seed Saving presentation was also good – with a few suggestions given that I had not heard before..
